About
I’m not a planner. Sometimes I form general ideas in my head, and subconsciously work towards those ideas. A long time ago I got it in my noggin’ that I’d like to live in Ketchum, Idaho.
Born and raised in New Hampshire, I absorbed the passing interests and passions of my sisters and took them on as my own. From my sisters I got my love of dance, passion for the outdoors, and a mix of some book smarts and an avid love of life. While I love my family, my East Coast friends and the ocean, I do not miss New Hampshire.
My dad was an amateur photographer and in high school I inherited his Minolta SLR. My photo equipment has changed, but my interest in imaging has not. My photography is a mirror of my life, mostly in the outdoor world. While I love sharing this passion, I hope to evolve past the obvious and into the possibilities of an image.
I live in a household of four. Mike is my companion through wild life and my fiancee. Lemhi and Franconia are our two crazy and free spirited mutts.
I work for a conservation non-profit and enjoy knowing that my work makes a difference. I dream of the day that I may design and photograph full-time.
Having an idea is sometimes all it takes. Ketchum, Idaho is currently where I call home.
