You can turn the ISO down as low as it&#039;ll go (usually 200) and manually set the aperture to it&#039;s smallest (highest) setting (28 or so) and that will allow you to slow down the shutter significantly. This was probably a 2 or 3 second exposure.

If you&#039;re really into it could you buy a neutral density filter which essentially blocks out enough light during the day that you can get this look in the sunlight.

But the best bet is to just pick an overcast, dark day and shoot then. You&#039;ll need to mount the camera on a tripod for the long exposure, of course, and try to pick a day that&#039;s not windy - or your trees and vegetation will blur too!]]></description>
