Live Wildly
Director of Storytelling + Lead Adventurist
Live Wildly’s mission was to protect Florida’s land and waters for people and nature, beginning with building a permanently connected Florida Wildlife Corridor.
Since its founding in 2022, I served as a contracted Director of Storytelling for Live Wildly. In this role, I pioneered and led its narrative strategy from startup through growth and establishment. My contributions, rooted in extensive on-the-ground storytelling, included spending months in the field capturing and producing photos and video of wild Florida and Live Wildly’s conservation partners.
In addition to supporting organic digital marketing efforts, the stories I collected were used in earned and paid media, press kits, digital and out-of-home advertising, and in exhibits at in-person events. These events ranged from intimate film screenings to music festivals with over 25,000 people.
As Live Wildly’s Lead Adventurist, I was also a voice for wild Florida, publishing stories and speaking at engagements through the lens of an explorer and naturalist. I contracted a small team of writers, photographers, videographers, and influencers to lend their own unique voices to our efforts.
